Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create a personalized recipe?

Open the app and tap the "Create Recipe" button. Enter your available ingredients, select your dietary preferences, and our AI will generate a customized recipe just for you.

How do I update my dietary preferences?

Go to your Profile tab, then tap "Diet Parameters". Here you can set your diet type, allergies, food dislikes, and other preferences that will be used for recipe generation.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device to view, modify, or cancel your MealMatics subscription.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your personal data, saved recipes, and preferences from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

The app is not working properly. What should I do?

Try these steps: 1) Close and reopen the app, 2) Check your internet connection, 3) Update to the latest version from the App Store, 4) Restart your device. If the issue persists, please contact us at support [at] mealmatic.app with details about the problem.

Which languages does the app support?

MealMatics currently supports English and Ukrainian. The app automatically detects your device language settings. You can also manually change the language in Profile → Settings.
